Sharpen your Investigative Interview Skills! How to conduct the most effective investigative interview of a suspect employee.
Attend the PIHRA South Bay District 6 monthly meeting on April 13, 2006
and learn how to "Sharpen your Investigative Interview Skills."
Our speaker, Kent Perkins, is Managing Partner & Senior Executive Investigator
of Diversified Risk Management, Inc.(DRM). Mr. Perkins will provide several examples of
how highly skilled interviews have saved company funds, company resources, and
even the lives of employees. In more than 30 years of investigations in hundreds
of workplaces all over America, his interviews have resulted in confessions
from thieves, sexual harassers, drug dealers, and even murderers.
You'll conduct internal investigative interviews with greater success, getting
to the truth by using new tools including reverse psychology, a carefully structured
order for questioning, and by learning why your most instinctive and logical
interviewing choices are often the wrong things to say or do.
"Learn how to reduce liability, increase profits and improve morale."
