Ms. Moisa-Duran is a bilingual Human Resources professional with significant expertise in Training, Conflict Resolution, Benefits, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment, Staffing, Employee Relations, and Community Outreach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She currently serves as a Senior Investigator for Denny’s Corporation. Prior to her tenure with Denny’s, Ms. Moisa-Duran oversaw all EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and workforce diversity matters for Amgen, including handling of EEO complaints, advising staff recruitment, selection, and retention, preparation of legal briefs to the corporate legal department and delivery of diversity training to supervisory and management staff. Ms. Moisa-Duran has extensive community involvement, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Latin Business Association and involvement with several other community organizations. She currently serves as the only bilingual senior investigator for Denny’s Corporation and as Principal and Co-Founder of Energized Solutions, LLC, a certified Minority business enterprise firm that provides Human Resources consulting to utilities, commercial, and industrial firms, as well as government agencies.
PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:
As a Senior Investigator, Ms. Moisa-Duran has conducted field and telephone investigations regarding discrimination, labor practices, and diversity training. She has worked closely with regional operations and human resource managers and also interfaces closely with Denny’s and external legal counselors. Ms. Moisa-Duran recently delivered management reporting training program to Denny’s operations throughout Southern California.
