LOS ANGELES, California – December 19, 2008 – Diversified Risk Management, Inc. (DRM) www.drminc.us, a California-based private investigation and risk management service provider has appointed Ailisa Fletcher, Esq. as Compliance Training Director, to expand the organization’s corporate training services division.
Compliance Training Group (CTG) is a division of Employers Choice Online that focuses solely on providing businesses with effective workplace training and education services.
As head of Compliance Training Group’s corporate management team, Ms. Fletcher will work closely with Michele Cordova, Director of Marketing and Business Development for DRM, to engender expansion throughout the company. This includes the development of new strategic alliances and business partnerships at Compliance Training Group. Ms. Cordova will also provide support in cross-selling other risk management and mitigation services, including employment background screening and drug testing services.

Compliance Training Group offers a variety of workplace training and educational services, providing employees and management with up-to-date training modules in compliance with Federal, State and local requirements. These include interactive, online “e-Learning” modules accessed through proprietary software, as well as traditional, instructor-led on-site group training. Instruction modules prepared by Compliance Training Group include guidelines for the prevention of sexual harassment, proper investigation of sexual harassment claims, workplace violence prevention, substance abuse awareness and conflict resolution.
Ms. Fletcher’s immediate plans include the development of new and inventive workplace training modules tailored to employees working at specific tiers (i.e. entry level, middle management, upper management). Her long-term development plans for Compliance Training Group include the implementation of an accredited private investigation training institute dedicated to educating and training students for successful careers as professional private investigators. This training institute will seek accreditation from the California Bureau for Private Post-secondary and Vocational Education.
Ms. Fletcher is an experienced public speaker and legal trainer. Her previous employment includes serving as a Deputy District Attorney, Deputy City Attorney, and an elections trainer for the county of Los Angeles.
Ms. Fletcher graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science-International Politics and Latin American Studies. In 2004, Ms. Fletcher graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. She is an active member of the California State Bar.
