Attended State Police Academies in Austin , Texas, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Los Angeles, California. Academic majors in English and Psychology at Texas Wesleyan College (now Texas Wesleyan University) and North Texas State University (now University of North Texas), Denton, Texas.
